Mystery Boxes are back, and because we only want the product inside to be mysterious, we’ll be answering all your burning Mystery Box questions.
1. What is a Mystery Box?
Each Mystery Box contains 4 surprise clothing items and 1 accessory. We group items together at random and sell them for a special Mystery Box price, which means you’re always getting an amazing deal on the contents of your Mystery Box. Mystery Box season only comes around 2-3 times a year, and they go quick — so don’t sleep on it.
2. How do I order them?
Ordering a Mystery Box is like ordering anything else from tentree! Simply go to the men’s section to order a men’s Mystery Box and the women’s section to order a women’s Mystery Box. If you’re having a hard time finding them, just search ‘mystery box’ in the search bar. Then, select your size and we’ll send you 5 items all in your size. Keep in mind that some of the items might be accessories and, therefore, will be unsized.
3. Can I customize it?
Sadly no, that would take all the mystery out of it! The Mystery Boxes are pre-packed and each one is a surprise.
4. Will I get duplicates?
We will never put duplicate items in the same box. However, if you order multiple boxes, there’s a chance you could receive the same item more than once.
5. Can you make sure I don’t get anything I already purchased?
Sorry! Each box is pre-packed and assigned to you at random, aside from your size and men’s/women’s preference.
6. Will I get accessories or just clothing?
Mystery Boxes contain 4 surprise clothing items and 1 accessory.
7. What’s the impact?
One of the coolest things about Mystery Boxes is that they allow you to quintuple your planting impact. The trees you plant help change communities, habitats, and lives and sequester carbon. That’s huge. Plus, it brings us one step closer to our goal of planting 1 billion trees by 2030 — one we couldn’t reach without you.
8. When will the next one come out?
