Over the past month, we’ve breathed deep, stretched it out, and soaked in the good vibes of National Yoga Month. Inspired by the positive benefits of movement and mindful breathwork, we connected and collaborated with our community to bring you our Mindful Minute Series.

The perfect way to start your day, destress after a meeting, or simply catch your breath, we encourage you to take a five-minute break to relax, rejuvenate, and refocus with @nat.kunz and @healthy_with_kelsey.

In this series, our creators are stretching in pieces from our InMotion line. Made with recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles that would have ended up in the landfill, our activewear is one of the most sustainable (and comfiest) around.
